Turkey Noodle Soup

250g Fresh turkey
500g diced veggies: peppers, carrots, celery and onions
100g dried noodles
1L low sodium chicken stock
500ml water
30g chopped parsley
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon powder

Cook the turkey in a pan until done. Combine all the remaining ingredients in large pan; bring to boil; lower to a simmer and cook 10 minutes or until noodles are done. Serve hot.
