Salmon Macaroni Salad

8 ounces whole wheat macaroni
1 cup steamed asparagus tops
6 oz. can salmon, no added salt
1 cup peas and carrots, thawed
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Pinch crushed dried rosemary
Black pepper to taste
2 sliced fresh ripe plum tomatoes
4 cups shredded romaine lettuce

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Mix macaroni, asparagus, salmon, peas and carrots, mayonnaise, vinegar and seasonings in large bowl. Chill. Serve chilled salad on top of shredded romaine and garnish with tomato slices.
