Quick Chili with Rice

Cooking Tips: Be sure to drain and rinse the pinto beans thoroughly before adding them to the dish.

1 cup instant brown rice
1 can (15 ounces) diced no-salt-added tomatoes
1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans
1/2 cup water
1 tsp chili powder

Place all ingredients into a 2-qt microwaveable container. Cover and microwave on high until rice is done, about 8-10 minutes. Stir well and serve hot.
