Quick Bean Nacho Platter

130g tortilla crisps
1/2 can black beans, drained
30g shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons green onions
2 diced tomatoes
Dash hot sauce

Place the tortilla crisps on a large plate. Sprinkle with the beans, then the cheese. Microwave on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until cheese melts and beans are warmed. Top with green onion, tomatoes and hot sauce.
