Oatmeal & Raisins

Cooking Tips: There are tons of different raisins in the market today. Try golden raisins or red flame raisins for a new, interesting twist.

1/3 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup raisins
pinch cinnamon

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a plastic or glass microwaveable container. Microwave on full power until bubbly and thick, about 5 minutes. Serve with 1 cup skim milk.
