Herbed Dip for Veggies

250g silken tofu
250ml nonfat sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1 clove crushed garlic
2 Tbsp chopped green onion
1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use
.
Serve this dip with fresh veggies.
