Garden Tuna Pita

1 cup tossed salad
1 Tbsp nonfat salad dressing
1 tomato, diced
3 ounces canned tuna, drained
1 whole-wheat pita pocket

Mix the tossed salad, dressing, tomato and tuna in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Cut a pita pocket in half and fill each half with the tuna salad. Serve immediately or wrap and chill for later use. This tuna pita goes great with raw fresh veggies and baked chips.
