Flax Cereal

50g ground flax seeds
125ml water
1 mashed banana
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
125ml cup skim or soy milk

Combine flax seeds and water in large glass bowl; place in the microwave for 2 minutes. Mixture should thicken and come to a boil. Meanwhile, mash banana, cinnamon and milk in a serving bowl. Pour the hot cereal on top of the banana milk. Stir and serve warm.
