Pick up some pre-grated cheese to save a step and get dinner on the table even more quickly.

400g can low-fat vegetarian chilli
300g brown rice, cooked
2 teaspoons grated light cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon chopped coriander

In sauce pan, heat the chilli. Serve hot chilli on top of brown rice and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and coriander.
